Brittany Molnar is an Associate Attorney at Hart Schoener Bliss. Brittany joined the firm in December 2015 as a Rule 9 Legal Intern. Brittany focuses her practice on simple and complex estate planning, real property transfers, and tax planning. Brittany has prepared and administered a wide variety of estate plans, and prides herself on providing a personalized approach to meet the diverse circumstances of her clients. In addition to estate planning, Brittany’s practice also focuses on estate administration and probate including small estate and trust administrations.
Brittany received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2016 and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Certificate in International Studies in 2011. During law school Brittany was a legal intern for the Indian Estate Planning Project working with the Puyallup Tribe and a Student Attorney for the Federal Tax Clinic at the University of Washington School of Law.
Brittany was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and relocated to Seattle in 2013. Brittany enjoys cooking and trying new healthy recipes, watching football (Go Sun Devils!), and fishing with her husband.
